Reed diffuser oil

Bálay Obra reed diffusers produce aromas that continuously diffuse into the air throughout an entire room or area. Reed diffusers produce fragrances that usually last longer and don't require an open flame which is a safer and more efficient option.

 

Directions for use:

1 Open the black cap and remove the stopper before inserting the reed sticks.

2 Let the bottom of the reed sticks absorb the fragrance oil. Flip it after 5 minutes.

3 The fragrance from the reed sticks will naturally permeate through your space.

4 For best results, flip the reed sticks once a week or when the scent starts to subside

 

Can last up to:

100mL - 3 to 4 months if continuously used

Total life span can be affected by different factors such as central heating, air conditioning, dehumidifiers, etc.

Refund and Return

We consider our products as consumable. Return and refund are not allowed. However, we accept return and refund for the following situations.

1. Damage items. All items are properly checked before packing. In any case you have received a broken item, we will replace it with new item. An unboxing video and photo must be presented for us to process the item replacement.

2. Incomplete items. We make sure that we ship complete orders along with an order summary. In any case you received an incomplete package, please email us at balayobra@gmail.com

3. Wrong items. If you received a wrong item, eg. wrong scent, wrong size. Please email us at balayobra@gmail.com

Terms
1. Returns are accepted within 2 weeks of receiving your order on all items that are unburned, undamaged, and in the original packaging.

2. All items are non refundable but we can change the damage, incomplete or wrong items. Shipping is on us.

3. If you decide to return an item, email us at balayobra@gmail.com with your order number and we will send you shipping instructions to return your item.
